Thanks for visiting Compare Curriculums! This site is designed with two groups of people equally in mind: students and working professionals. For students, this site is intended to help compare curriculums at a variety of different universities. Our primary way of comparing the curriculums is by comparing the required textbooks for the major. The staff selected texts may change from year to year, but this site offers a good snapshot of what each university prioritizes, what areas they emphasize, the quality of their instructional material, and so on.

This site is also intended to allow working professionals to find quality instructional material about topics related to their work. A good starting point to look for that material is in the required reading of top universities. The material taught at these universities sets the standard that graduates are expected to meet. With Compare Curriculums, professionals can refresh their skills more easily. This will allow them to stand out in their field by providing not only their experience but also the most current knowledge.

If you are a student, you might consider buying some of these textbooks so you can see for yourself the quality of the material, as part of your very important decision of deciding which university to attend. You might also decide that you can learn all you need to know far more cheaply by simply buying the books than by attending an expensive university. A few hundred dollars of used, or even new, textbooks is a great deal when you consider the vast amount of knowledge they contain. All that said, I hope you find this site useful for whatever purpose you use it for. Please send any comments or suggestions to me and I will respond as soon as possible.
